CEPS, INC. ACQUIRES JOHNSON PRECISION, INC.

West Lebanon, NH, January 25, 2010 – CEPS, Inc., of West Lebanon, NH,  a global provider of highly engineered plastic injection molded components and sub-assemblies, has acquired Johnson Precision Inc, (JPI) of Amherst, NH,  one of New England’s leading full service and vertically integrated, custom mold manufacturing, machining and injection molding companies.

Formed in 1982 as an engineering focused firm, CEPS has evolved into a full service injection molder, offering design assistance, tool building, custom injection molding, and electronic and mechanical sub assembly services.
