Since 1982, JPI has focused on designing and manufacturing high quality injection and insert molds to manufacture parts and assembled devices for the healthcare industry. 

Using medical grade materials, JPI has tailored its quality system to customer needs.  We actively participate in new developments and education for many major healthcare specialties.   Most medical/dental/surgical devices used today are small, less invasive products having a plastic base and designed for single use. 

Insert Molding Specialists:

Many medical/dental/surgical devices, as seen below, incorporate intricately machined sub-components in the plastic injection molding process.  Previously, those components were manufactured by customer-specified vendors. 

Leveraging its expertise as master-mold makers and machinists, however, JPI is committed to machining the same sub-components its customers were outsourcing and those customers are reaping the benefits.  (See the Custom Machining page for more information.)
