We have strategic locations domestically and internationally. In Hudson, New Hampshire, Johnson Precision operates plastic injection molding presses from 28 to 200 tons. Our New Hampshire facility houses tool-making and secondary operations, a 5000 square foot ISO class 8 clean room for molding and assembly, along with value-added mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.Malaysia
In Johor Bahru, Malaysia, our joint venture partner has 38 presses ranging from 25-350 tons. With proven project management skills, they’ve successfully transferred over 20 molds. Their core expertise is manufacturing high-precision gears for computer printing, cash register and automated teller machine markets.
China
Our joint venture partner in Shenzhen, China has 62 presses, ranging from 40-360 tons. This facility offers state-of-the-art Moldflow® Plastic Advisor software, expansive sub-assembly capabilities, in-house painting, pad printing, hot-stamping, and clean room serving the exercise and heart-rate monitoring markets. They also provide contract engineering that allows us to work on certain projects 24 hours a day.
