If you can describe the part or component you would like manufactured, JPI's engineers will devise the most time and cost effective design possible to meet your specifications.

Equipped with SolidWorks and MasterCAM, the Design Department is set up to work closely with our customers, sharing concerns for the smallest details and overall effectiveness of devices and components designed.

In-house device and component design, particularly for rapid prototype and production plastic injection molds, leverages JPI's unique vertically integrated structure.  It offers several advantages to customers.  Revisions are inevitable in the product development and  manufacturing process -- sometimes occurring in the middle of fabrication.   JPI's design engineers are accustomed to that reality and because the design was done in-house, communication and implementation of revisions can be accomplished with greater speed and less room for error than is possible with outside engineering or design consultants. 

That said, JPI welcomes and encourages significant customer input on device and component design matters through regularly scheduled collaborative design review meetings.
