Our Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) practices, deep materials experience, and industry-leading software  – SolidWorks® and Moldflow® Plastic Advisor – ensure the part will be optimized for functionality, quality and cost effectiveness. To fast-track results, we often seek support from the engineering staffs of our Asian joint venture partners. Common software and shared values enable us to work on certain projects essentially 24 hours a day. The design team uses DFMA to identify, quantify and eliminate waste or inefficiency in a product design, as well as reduce manufacturing and assembly costs.
