JPI was an early local leader in wire E.D.M. machining and has consistently dedicated resources to sinker E.D.M. and other  more conventional equipment.

JPI has committed itself to providing supplemental services to injection molding customers not previously, or even now commonly, available.

As insert molding specialists, JPI is routinely required to utilize machined sub-components in the injection molding process.  Previously, those components were manufactured by customer-specified vendors.  Leveraging its expertise as master mold makers, however, JPI committed itself to machining the same sub-components its customers were outsourcing, and those customers are reaping the benefits.

With finely tuned high-end equipment in the hands of experienced staff, JPI is capable of machining better sub-components for our customers and doing so in-house.  It enables us to compress the overall production timetable and maintain control of the production schedule.  Doing so translates into quicker initiation of the subsequent steps of device fabrication (over- molding, assembly etc.) which is dependent upon the availability of the machined sub-components.

The bottom line is that we can get the parts done faster in-house and turn our injection molding department loose sooner.  

The result?  Ask our customers -- on time, if not early, and on our under budget.
