I have been with JPI for nine years but have over 16-years experience in all facets of customer service, including two years in quality control.

My main function at JPI is to ensure customer satisfaction.  My belief is that we should treat customers the way we want to be treated.  I work closely with senior management to disseminate information to the right people at the right time so everyone has what they need to do their part of the project. 

As your customer service advocate I will ensure your project moves along smoothly from in-take and order processing to on-time delivery!  If you have a question, I will do whatever it takes to get an answer for you.  I am here for you, the customer!
