I have been with JPI for 22 of my 24 years in manufacturing.  I have been the Tool Room Manager for six years. 

My primary goals are to improve our manufacturing capabilities, reduce costs and improve overall quality and performance. These goals are being achieved through JPI's commitment to education, standardization, communication, and technological advancements.

Customer satisfaction comes from positive results.  Positive results are the product of  a positive, can-do attitude and an open-minded willingness to explore possibilities and opportunities.  We work that way every day at JPI!
