CRAIG L. BROWN Quality Manager
I have been with JPI for eleven years, spending eight years as a quality technician and the last three years as quality manager/ISO management representative. Twenty of my 26-years manufacturing experience have been spent directly working in quality assurance.
My experience covers most disciplines of quality assurance and includes the design and implementation of ISO 9001 and Mil-I compliant quality systems. Proficient at contact and non-contact measurement techniques, I have evaluated product in numerous industries.
Simply put, if a product is not meeting our specifications it is up to us to find out about it and do what we can to fix it. JPI customers have come to rely upon our standard of excellence.
