As JPI's principal tool designer, I design plastic injection molds and wax molds for investment casting.  I have over ten years of industry experience including CNC programming, quality engineering and project management.

I commonly work with customers at a project's inception to ensure the product's long-term reliability through comprehensive tool design and molding capability. The focused design effort efficiently communicates customer requirements to our in house tool shop and streamlines our mold manufacturing processes.

I use SolidWorks to generate both 3D solid models and complete 2D tooling documentation.  JPI provides it's customers with complete tooling documentation.
