Mold design

JPI provides in-house device and component design for rapid prototype, production plastic injection, insert molds and wax injection molds for investment casting.  Doing so leverages the companies' unique vertically integrated structure.  We primarily utilize SolidWorks and MasterCAM.

Custom machining

An early entrant and local leader in wire and vertical E.D.M., JPI is committed to new manufacturing technologies to provide supplemental services to injection molding customers not previously, or even now commonly, available.  

Mold making

Founded as a mold making company, JPI’s precision mold making capabilities allow it to build and maintain molds to meet the tightest tolerances and specifications.  We build rapid prototype tooling and high-volume, stainless steel, multi-cavity, production molds!
